Welcome to Hello Tours LLC. By using our website, booking a tour, or participating in any of our activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Confirmation
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A confirmed booking requires full payment or a deposit as specified at the time of booking.
• You will receive a booking confirmation via email. Please review it carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
2. Payments
• Payments can be made via our website, bank transfer, or approved third-party gateways.
• All prices are quoted in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Bookings will not be confirmed until payment is received.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellation by the customer:
◦ 48+ hours before the scheduled tour: Full refund or reschedule option.
◦ Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund; rescheduling may be possible subject to availability.
• Cancellation by the company due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances:
◦ Full refund or alternative date provided.
4. Age, Health, and Safety
• Participants must meet the minimum age and health requirements for the chosen activity.
• All riders must wear safety gear provided.
• Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or heart problems should consult a doctor before participating.
• Hello Tours LLC is not responsible for accidents caused by reckless behavior or non-compliance with safety instructions.
5. Liability
• Hello Tours LLC will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence of the company.
• Participants assume all risk associated with desert activities, including dune bashing, buggy rides, and quad biking.
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Conduct
• Participants must follow all safety instructions from guides and staff.
• Offensive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the activity without a refund.
7. Photography and Media
• Hello Tours LLC may capture photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes.
• By participating, you consent to your image being used in marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Changes to Activities
• The company reserves the right to modify itineraries, activities, or schedules due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
• Alternative activities or rescheduling will be provided wherever possible.
9. Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes will be resolved in the UAE courts.
